I think I'm going to be sick.
I have a Nikon D3000. Not high end but not cheap either. It took a terrible tumble. The preview screen has a small crack and the auto focus isn't working. Manual focus works fine. I know it's not a lens issue cause it happens on all the lenses. It wants to focus, I can hear the motor and see the lens moving but when it's time to release the shutter it wont release. I checked the setting and it's on the correct setting.
My question is.... Should I take this opportunity to upgrade or is it worth it to have it fixed.
I'm not near the photographer that you guys are
but I do enjoy it as a serious hobby.
