Plaza Room at HNY

Just booked a 4 night stay in December at the HNY using avios points. We wanted just a standard room priced at £656 for the trip but using avios we could only get a Plaza room at £756. Anyone know what a plaza room is and whether its worth the additional/money points (which is moot as we've booked it but its good to know in advance).

Also does anyone know how to book the Disney express luggage service when using Avios? Avios told me to speak to Disney and Disney have just told me to speak to Avios. So im a bit confused.

When I phoned today for a price I was told they have a view of the ice rink plaza. That's why they called plaza rooms must be just while the rink is in use?
