Plaza Refurb??

Does anyone know if the Plaza restaurant is still under refurb? Not too long ago it was (still open, just with the scrims out front). Thanks.

When we were there a week ago it was still under refurb. I didn't pay much attention to it but I did see the walls around it.

As of Friday, yes. It is open, but no real windows or sunlight.
