Looking over the menus at www.allearsnet.com and ran into this description:

Chicken Garden Salad - oven roasted breast of chicken, tossed with fresh garden favorites, roasted potatoes, green beans, and house dressing - $6.39

Has anyone had this before? I'm having a hard time imagining just what it is. It says "salad" so I'm assuming it's cold... is it something like a potato salad with lots of stuff in it?

Sounds to me like a normal green salad with chicken, potatoes and green beans in it, topped with house dressing.

Pretty normal sounding

Sounds like a pared down version of a Nicoise - Green Salad with a few unexpected extras (potatoes, green beans are staples on a salad nicoise)

Oh...well... I guess... Potatoes and green beans aren't "normal" on a green salad where I come from! However, I'm open to new ideas! Thanks for your input!
