Plaza Inn for large group

Can anyone give me tips and tricks for a character breakfast at the Plaza Inn with a group of 20 people?
Do I need to make the payment at the time of booking? From what I understand they put an amount on hold on my CC, Is it the total amount? Is there a cancellation window? I keep seeing these things mentioned but can't find exact info on how much they charge nor how the cancellation rules are.

They do not put a hold on your credit card for any amount, they simply require it on file in case you don’t show up. You pay when you arrive. Every cancellation period I’ve seen for Dining has been 24 hours.

I can't actually answer any of your questions, but given the size of your group, I would call Disneyland Dining ((714) 781-3463) to find out the latest info.

And my only tip is schedule it for before the park opens, you get a special entrance to get into the park and extra time
