Plaza Inn closed after September 28th?

Was trying to make reservations for Plaza Inn and it looks to be closed after September 28th (definitely less than 60 days out). Anyone know anything?

With the dates grayed out, it looks like they have not opened the reservations for dates after Sept 28.
Check back in the morning and see if reservations for the 29th have opened.
If they have then you should be able to make a reservation for October 1st on Tuesday Aug 6th.

Looks like they may be doing a refurb. Kind of surprised it starts on a Sunday. Other table service is available on the 29th, which leads me to suspect a refurb.

Someone just posted Cafe orleans goes down the next day too.

I think its just an issue with park hours not being finalized yet. I would just keep checking and wait it out.

Thing is, Sunday morning should be an 8am open, so hours shouldn't effect this. Carnation Cafe is available to book.

It could be that they're going down for a closure, but I'm also a little skeptical of missing info right at the end or start of a month. It seems like weird things often happen when months and/or seasons change. A bunch of places are saying "No Times Available" or are missing info for various dates in September, so I'm thinking the schedule is still in flux or it could just be Disney IT having trouble with the calendar.

I’m at DL now and just checked with two CMs at Plaza Inn. Both said they’d heard nothing about it so a closure seems unlikely.

Yeah, I think they just haven't published the hours/opened reservations.
It's annoying because that's also when I'm going and as a planner, the anticipation is killing meeee!

Any idea how long the refurb will be there? Anyone know what the usual down time is for a Plaza refurb? Hopefully not for long. My vacation starts on the 28th. Such is life. . .

This is so frustrating. Park hours have been out for days and still not able to make reservations for Plaza or BBB on the 30th.

I dropped into Plaza Inn to ask about an upcoming refurb. The woman I spoke with said that they’re usually given a three-week notice when a closure is planned and she hasn’t heard a thing. Based on that, she told me that she thought a refurb towards the end of November was unlikely.
