I think they will use it if you have one on your ticket. I'd book plaza for a late brunch if you really want to do it your first day or I'd book for Thursday if I were you.

I have had them do that in the past.

I planned to do Plaza Inn on our first day (Tuesday) during MM. Then, I planned on using our MM on Thursday. Is there a risk that Disney will deduct the MM credit on Tuesday?

I have read several times on these boards that no, that won't happen...that said, I don't risk it and always make sure our ADR during MM is after we've already used our MM so we don't have to worry about it.

Oh dear. May I make sure I understand this right? We will be in the parks on a Tuesday through Friday so we get one MM that week (not staying on property). I currently have a 0710 breakfast scheduled on Tuesday. We were planning to do that Tuesday and then use the MM on Thursday. Am I correct in understanding that if we come in "early" for the breakfast they will use that day as our MM?

If so I'd better go change my breakfast reservation to Thursday. We prefer the earliest possible dining time.

I'm not taking the chance. We're using our MM first and then going to the first reservation of the day on the other MM day. Not worth the chance of it being removed for that.

Following up with my actual experience this week. On Tuesday, I had a 9:10 Plaza Inn reservation. Park opened at 10 with MM starting at 9.

When I handed over my tickets, I said that I would like to save my MM entitlement for Thursday. The CM said, "ok. I'm going to switch my computer over to normal."

This morning, I entered the park at 7 for MM (regular open was 8). When the CM scanned our tickets, she didn't even flinch.

I don't know whether I got some major pixie dust or whether this is routinely given if asked for. It worked out perfectly for us, and I'm very appreciative.
