I just bought one (for a friend to give to her DS) today at Toys R Us. She's beside herself with gratitude - she called me "Mrs. Santa"!!

Of course, DH asked why I didn't buy another one to put on ebay! I didn't even think about that at the time - I was just so excited that I could help my friend out!

You didn't miss out. Prices have hit rock-bottom and are not going to much more than retail. Take into account for eBay fees, shipping, etc., some people are even losing money on them now.
