Is there an extra fee to go see Bear in the Big Blue House or Rolie Polie Olie live?

All included and is a fantastic show for the little ones!!! :)

There is no fee for Playhouse Disney live....just be ready to sit on the floor! It's a really cute show. We were there in Sept. and Rolie Polie Olie wasn't there anymore, but JoJo's Circus was.

I have questions regarding Playhouse Disney as well. My 21/2 DS loves Jojo and Goliath. How long is the show? Is it dark in the theater?

I'd say it was about 20 to 30 mins

and CROWDED on a slow day!! :)

get there early to get good seating and expect to have dancing, screaming, kids stomp on you!! It is like women at a Barry Mantelo (sp)concert or like middle class moms at an Oprah show!! LOL JK!! Anyway it is very fun and entertaining!!!

We saw it for the 1st time with our 2 1/2 y/o twins in early FEB. They loved the show, however, one was frightened at one point when a large puppet ape (I think it was an ape) came out in a short segment. My husband had to bring him to the back of the room because he was so afraid. My other son was perfectly fine about it, though...guess it depends on the child and their mood...just wanted to warn you to be prepared just in case... I think it was during Jo Jo's circus... just before Pooh Bear comes out. The show was probably about 20 minutes long, I guess.

Another tip---don't sit too close to the stage...the puppets are low to the stage, so if you're up front you probably won't see as well.

No it is not dark. It is very kid friendly. Not parent's with bad backs friendly though. If you have little ones that watch Playhouse Disney it is a must see. Probably DD favorite thing when she was a toddler.

It's actually during the "Stanley" part of the show. The ape scared my 2 yo too. But it's an adorable show and lots of fun for the little ones. Especially if any of their favorites are Bear, JoJo, Stanley or Pooh. Luna even drops in. I loved it.

I think the ape was scary because of the smoke and poof that occurs when it appears. Otherwise it looks as cuddly as the rest of the characters. Our kids love going to this as well and they are finally getting into the fun of the show.

My DS, almost 3 , is a huge JoJo fan too. He loved this show so much we had to watch it twice. Very cute show, only problem was DH couldn't stand the floor sitting. He had to skip the 2nd time we watched.

This is defiantly a MUST for younger kids. My two LOVED it. Lots of kids dancing and jumping around.

My kids were 3.5 and 1 and LOVED this show. You do sit on the floor which isn't really too comfortable for the adults but it's not dark and all the kids seem to love it. Sit in the center so your children can experience the bubbles.
