Hello all,

We're counting down the days until our next WDW trip (Oct 2). DD1 is 3yo and DD2 is 1yo. They tend to get up VERY early (4am for DD2) and I was wondering what folks would suggest to entertain them until the parks open. We will be staying at BWV - is there a nearby play area that will be open in the early morning?

Also, DD2's favorite "everyday" activity is playing on the swings and I was wondering if there are any swings that we would be able to find using Disney transportation?

Thanks,

Henwen

I tried to find some info for you; but I havent stayed there myself. It appears that there is a playground at the swan/dolphin resorts, which is right near boardwalk, but idk exactly where it is located.

4 am is EARLY! I dont know if I could do that every day :teeth:

Can't help with BWV playground info, but if your kids are like my dd3, she gets so zonked after even one day at WDW, then the black-out curtains really help too, so here's to hoping you can sleep in until 7 a.m. or so! :flower:

I don't think WDW transportation is available until just a few hours before parks open - 7 AM?

Thanks Staci! A little walk may be just the thing to keep them occupied.

Hm, hadn't thought of that - good thing BWV is walking distance to lots of things...

Can't wait to go - I _really_ need to get me a ticker...

Cheers,

There is a playground right next to the kiddie pool at BWV. I have a hazy recollection of their being swings, but I'm not positive. I know there is a slide and climbing equipment.

You can always take a walk on the boardwalk or along the paths to Epcot or MGM. I think that being out when no one is around would be fun.

There are DVD players and/or VCRs in the BWV rooms too and there are movie rentals available at the resort, so thats a way to keep her occupied for a bit too.
