Last night I watched the 2012 vacation planning DVD and when the lady was at the Boneyard in AK, She was saying that you can find one of these night spots in each of the parks. I am aware of the ones at AK,DHS, and MK, but have never came across one in Epcot :confused3 Does anyone know if one exists??

There are tunnels to crawl around in in the exit area of Mission Space (training lab area). During F&W festival there has been a temporary playground built for some of the years.

FWIW both the MK major playgrounds are gone at this time. Pooh's Playful spot bit the dust 2 years ago for the Fantasyland Expansion project and Donalds Boat closed last winter for the Storybook Circus expansion, they will be replacing it with a Casey Jr water themed play area. There is still a very small play area under the train station down at Splash Mtn intended for children shorter than the height restriction of that ride.

I'm not sure what "night spots" means, but there is a playground set up at Epcot during the Flower & Garden festival - last year it was right at the entrance of World Showcase from Futureworld - right across from the twin gift shops.

We were there shortly after F&G in 2011 and the playground in Epcot was still there. Hoping it's up this year when we return in June. Our kids did enjoy their mini-stops there.

There are playground-ish areas in the Mission: Space post-show and the Seas With Nemo post-show. There also may be one between Future World and World Showcase left standing from the F&GF. Neither is anywhere near the size of the Boneyard (AK), Tom Sawyer's Island(MK), or the Honey I Shrunk the Kids Playground (DHS).

So in Epcot there are 2 fountain play areas. One near Mission Space and one if you walk straight from the huge water fountain to the World Showcase. There is a small play area inside Mission Space. America Pavillion there is activities led by a CM like hulo hooping and stuff. In Uk they have a cool low maze and after Nemo theres Bruce the shark and a wee area to play in. No specific 'playground' though!

Fountain play areas and playgrounds are two different things at Disney. There are two playgrounds to play at that don't involve water of any kind at Epcot. Splash areas are a different story altogether.

It's certainly no boneyard but I noticed the playground they put up for the flower & garden festival stayed for a while afterward (can't remember if it's still up).

It's wasn't there in November; I was there for Food & Wine. Or now either, we just came back.

I was also thinking that maybe she was refering to the viking ship which is no longer for playing.

Off topic, but until this thread I didn't know there was a play area near Splash. Can someone tell me more?

I might be thinking of another place, but I thought there was a small playground area sort of behind BTMRR, on the way to the train?
