Play, Stay Dine with DVC booked room?

We were gifted a DVC room at Saratoga Springs and have been looking at buying dining plan and tickets... In the past we've always booked a package with dining and tickets at a discount. I like discounts. LOL.
But now I'm wondering if the usual discounts are even able to be combined with a DVC booked room. Has anyone done a DVC room and added a ticket and dining deal?

I’m 99% sure the only discounts you could take advantage of are ticket specific deals, not package deals like the dining ones.

Thank you, I suspected that but when I found last years deal info and saw SSS on the list I started questioning myself.

When staying in a villa booked on DVC points, you can add a dining plan if you’d like. It is not discounted and must be added by the DVC member who booked your reservation.

You can buy your tickets directly from Disney or an authorized ticket seller.

There are no packages.

I believe if you book a DVC villa with cash rather than DVC points, you are still eligible for packages. That’s probably why it was on the list.
