What tours would you do?

Where you able to just wlak up and get a watercraft rental or parasailing?

I called Sammy Duval Directly 90 days out and reservered a Jet Ski guided tour around the 7 seas lagoon, followed by the parasailing. We also went ahead and reserved the guided fishing expedition since it's these little things which ultimately make the package so worth it, and I would hate to run into a situation of their being completely booked.

Something else we did was make ADR's at Cali Grill before heading to Cirque. Figured it gave us a reason and excuse to "dress up" and make an evening out of the whole thing, which we can then finish off the night at Pleasure Island w/ our water-park and more tickets.



Advanced reservations on those things also help will the overall planning of how we are going to hit things so we aren't quite so stressed.

How was the Jet Ski guided tour around the 7 seas lagoon? How long did it last?

I'll let you know after I take it. My trip isn't until June.

From what they said the tour is about 1hr or so. Get a Jetski and the guide takes you around the 7 seas lagoon and bay lake pointing out interesting things. Also get to pretty much drive up to the magic kingdom.

Appearently they only offer the guided tour first thing in the AM, after that the "personal watercraft" they rent as part of the package limit you to a "free ride zone" on bay lake.

If I recall correctly... 9am.

I'm supposed to be at the contemporary about 15min early (when they open their window) so we can go ahead and fill out the waivers so we can get out asap.)

My parasailing trip is scheduled for 10

what are things are you doing? Any tours

Only staying on property one night, so my time is kinda limited. have to fit everything into the day of checkin and the day of checkout in order to have the package cover it....So sadly, no tours. There are a coupla I'd be interested in doing, but the timing just doesn't let me fit them in.


The day I'm checking in I'm doing lunch at the coral reef and Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table. I'm then using my prefered fireworks viewing that evening for the magic kingdom.

The day I'm checking out we are doing the 9am Jetski guided tour of the 7 seas lagoon and bay lake, followed by parasailing at 10. That then gives us time to go back to the Poly for a quick change / shower before checking out. At 1ish we are going on the guided fishing excursion as part of the package, after which we have most of the afternoon free so we can check into our off-site hotel and maybe do some small things around the property. at 6 we have reservations at the California Grill, then late-show reservations at Cirque du Soliel (also in the package). Figure that night we can do the whole dress-up thing with the fancy dinner, a nice show... and finish off the night at Pleasure island after Cirque.
