Would you consider having plastic surgery or are you happy the way you are? What would you like to have done? Have you had any procedures?

Personally, I would love a tummy tuck. I absolutely hate my stomach since having my last baby via c-section. :guilty:

I plan on having a nose job and mini facelift in the near future. Also I'm thinking about having something done to eliminate the roundness of my chin.

It scares me to even think about having surgery, and to even think about doing it when I don't have to....

Okay, with that said, YES! I've had 3 children, the last one 3 months ago. I hate my stomach so much that I've told DH that in one year if I can't work it off on my own I'm going to have it cut off. Wish me luck.

Yes - but the reason I wont have anything, is I know I'd be one of those wacky people who just keeps getting stuff done, and more and more and more.....

I'd do a tummy tuck, breast-lift, lip injections, face lift, liposuction.... ummmm....lets see. I used to want a nose job, but I kinda like it now... but heck, throw that in too. :rotfl:

I would definitely do it. I say more power to ya, if you can afford it and you want to do it for the right reasons, go right ahead.
I would be ALL OVER having a tummy tuck if I could!

Not a chance!!! It's bad enough to have a regular life-threatening surgery on gall bladder, heart, hysterectomy, etc. No way would I have surgery just because I think I don't look exactly correct!

:rolleyes1 :scared: :sad2:

I would love to have a tummy tuck! After 3 kids and a fairly large weight loss, I have lots to tuck! I had breast reduction/lift surgery about 18 months ago and it was the best thing I've ever done. I lived for 26 years with a size 40DD and for my 40th birthday, finally "took care of business". What a relief in my back, neck, and shoulders! Last summer was the first one in over 10 years that I actually wore a bathing suit.

I agree with the posters who say it's gotta be done for the right reasons. All the plastic surgery in the world is not going to make you look good if you are unhappy and have body image problems to begin with.

I am a 34 year old mother of 2 daughters and have had plastic surgery. I will admit it. I am very happy with what i have had done (breasts). I have battled my weight for most of my life and i have had 2 c-sections. I would love to have lipo and a tummy tuck, and eventually a face lift. I have thought that a tummy tuck and lipo would solve my weight problem for the rest of my life. Since my weight is a constant pain for me, my husband knows me all too well and told me that the surgery probably will not solve the problems, but would just mask the issue for a short time. In my case, i do agree with him about the tummy tuck and Lipo. I am all for plastic surgery if it's for the right reasons. I think that if someone gets happiness from it, that is wonderful for your self esteem. I don't see anything wrong with changing yourself on the outside as long as what's on the inside don't change too!! From experience i know that a change in appearance can change your attitude. Sometimes good and sometimes bad!! I do have to say that if anyone does decide to go through with a surgery to make sure you ask a million questions, see pictures, talk to past patients and get referral from your own primary doctor regarding reputable licensed doctors. You really have to be careful.

You bet I would! Let see...I would have a breast reduction/lift, tummy tuck, liposuction just about everywhere, and my eye lids lifted.

No I would not. Surgery is dangerous, and my self-esteem is pretty good, so I don't feel the need to change myself.

Nope, I am happy with what I have (and even with what I don't have :rotfl: ).

Heck ya'....I have wanted my nose done since I was in Kindergarten.:lmao:

I would also like a face lift and my breasts done.:thumbsup2

I would never have unnecessary surgery. But I'm don't look at myself and think, "Oh, God, If only my eyes were lighter and my stomach was smaller and my ****s were bigger, then I'd be happy." A friend of mine did all that, but now she thinks her nose needs work and she can see the day coming where she needs a facelift. She's 37 flippin years old. I think she's a little nuts...

However, if altering their bodies makes women happy, I'm fine with it. I don't "get" it, but it is none of my beezwax. :)

I would have a breast reduction/lift! It has been brutal on my back and neck!! I'm just freaked out by anesthetic! If they could do it under a local!!! :thumbsup2

i've lost quite a bit of weight, so yes, if i could afford it (i can't), i'd have a tummy tuck and lower body lift, breast lift and brachioplasty (arms).

I have had plastic surgery! I had a breast reduction in 2001. It was the absolute best thing I ever did for myself! If I had the money, I would consider liposuction on my thighs, as I have lost a lot of weight and my legs just don't get smaller! I can work out-i.e-The Firm- and they will shape up but there is always that layer of FAT over the muscle! But, when push comes to shove, I don't think I could go thorugh with it, it just looks so gross when you see it on those tv shows!

I think there's nothing wrong with cosmetic surgery. I could see myself someday maybe having a tummy tuck or a face lift.

I would love a few things done. I am too chicken. Unless I need reconstruction I prob will never do it.

I even have a great plastic surg. lined up (I nannied for his children) and know his work, just ask a lot of girls in Philly. :teeth:

I've had a face lift, tummy tuck, brow lift, and breast lift, augmentation...and lipo. The best money I've ever spent. At the end of the month I have a consult for an arm lift. I was anorexic during my early teen years, absolutely ruined my body. Anyone considering it needs to understand that you have to have a surgeon you trust, and that all the operations in the world won't keep you from gaining weight. I work much harder now to keep my stomach firm and my weight down.
