Alright...my husband just found out about some mandatory trainging he has to attend June 1-12. We were supposed to leave on June 9-17. Obviously this had to change. We are now going June 16-24. This means we will be at DL June 20-23 (Sat-Tues) instead of June 13-16(Sat-Tues). Do you think there will be a huge crowd difference? On the positive I think the parks we were planning on visiting (LegoLand, SD zoo, SeaWorld, DL) will be open later and have more shows/parades running. I was very upset yesterday. but we did get our flight changed and one of our hotel reservations. At least we still get to go, right???

That's right, think postive. Changing plans could have been so drastic that you couldn't go at all. I think the crowd level is going to be pretty much the same. Right now, enjoy finding out all the little tid bits to make your DL trip more enjoyable and finding our how many baby animal have been born since the last time you were at the SD zoo. Have a great time, sit back, and let the magic envelope you.

good luck seeing that its summer make sure you use fastpass to your advantage an make sure to take pics an have fun

We are going around that time too. We had wanted to go earlier but DH's school where he teaches is still going. However, the one where I teach is out the first day of June. Many now have all of June off and go back in the middle of Aug. So, I doubt there would be that big of a difference. We went at the end of July last year. I don't find the crowds beyond my tolerance level like I did right after New Years before Christmas vacation was over. Mornings have been very nice, afternoons we go to DCA. Evenings get more crowded because of the fireworks.

I went that week last year and I will be there June 21-24 this year also. (see you there!!) it was WONDERFUL! Maybe I just got lucky but I had an awsome time. I did "POWER" Disney, meaning Ridemax, RopeDrop etc but it worked. I am hoping I have the same experience this year too, but you never know. Last year I just avoided a terrible heat wave the week before hopefully the weather will be about the same. Crowds weren't bad, although the Friday of that week was bad in the evening, but since I had ALLL my fastpasses and had PLANNED for crowds I just breezed on through. Not sure how the birthday thing will effect crowds we'll have to see.
