Plans for May 2007??

I hope I am posting this on the right board. We are planning to make our next Disney trip in May 2007 when my boys get out of school. That should be around the 20th of May. My question is how can I find out the prices for resorts and tickets during that time. We would like a general idea of how much it would cost us to stay 6 or 7 nights at PoP. There use to be some sort of calculator that would give a price range for your stay. Is this date to far off to get prices on. I would appreciate any advice that would help us plan our trip.

It's too early for 2007 prices now, but check allears or mousesavers for 2006 rates for May and just add $5 or $10/nt; park tickets usually go up about 2-5% each year so just add that to the current price and you should have a close-enough figure to work with.

for May 2007? We were hoping to book everything by May of this year(2006). Will we know any prices by then?

I'll be honest, I can't remember exactly when the following year's rates come out, but I'm almost positive it's not until the fall. You can book in May 06 for 07 but I believe you'll still have to pay the higher rate if you haven't paid in full. Hopefully someone who knows more about this than me will respond to your thread. You can book your room (no tickets, room-only reservation) now, they will charge you 2006 rates and adjust when 2007 rates are released. It will cost you 1 nights room cost (with tax) as a deposit.

Room only rates for one year are usually released in late May or early June for the following year, so room only rates for 2007 should be out by June 2006. Package rates may not be out until July or August.
