Please review my dinning plan and let me know what you think
12 Nights with Disney dinning plan, travelling 2 adults one child last two weeks in October

AK

1.5 days (2TS, 1QS)
First and main touring day Tuskers house, Flamegrill if we feel like having second meal in the park
Second day Yak and Yeti early lunch

HS

1.5 days (2TS, 1 QS)
Mamma Melrose day one. Starring rolls caffe as option if we feel like having second meal on day 1.
Second day late arrival Brown Derby (fantastic package).

MK (2TS, 2 or 3 QS)

Day 1 - full day QS Pinocchios and Cosmic rays

Day 2 EMH day lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern (afternoon shopping in outlet so dinner either DTD or offsite)

Day 3 Morning around the pool, late arrival Halloween party with Be Our Guest early dinner. Will be staying onsite, so I will call as soon as my ADR window open and will be trying to book this 180 + 10 days.

Epcot during food and wine festival. (3ts, 1 or 2 QS)

Day 1 - Monday Morning water park (TL), afternoon Epcot eat around the world

Day 2 - Tuesday EMH early lunch at Via Napoli

Day 3 Monday Water Park, afternoon La Cellier

Day 4 (we love epcot) last Disney day. We would like to leave the park early enough to move on to HRH no dining plans

I am not so sure on my Epcot choices.

This still leaves 2 dinning credits. Any recommendations on how to use them up? I have one Wednesday without plans between Tuesday morning magic hours in Epcot and Thursday early morning hours at MK. Should we think of something like Hoop Dee Doo dinner or California Grill?

Should I change La Cellier to two others as Tutto Italia and Teppan Eddo or Chefs de France.

How likely is that we can get walk ups on DTD or Epcot without reservation? Any recommendations for changes?

Your post is a little confusing. How many nights do you have?

As to EP, I think having one sit down and then using snack credits to sample F&W for the other meal is a better idea than having more sit downs. This may leave you with some extra QS credits, but you already have 2 signatures scheduled, so you should be able to use those easily.

12 days total

Planning to visit Epcot 4 days. First days afternoon only with snacks around the world and QS may be.

I tried to clean up the post little bit, does it make more sense now?

I don't want to plan a meal for the day we are eating around the world, as it will be too much and we won't enjoy either. It's the other 2 days in Epcot I m not too sure, and the last 2 dinning credits remaining.

It's a little better. You could always do Fulton's at DTD on that night. That's also a 2 credit. That Wed between EMHs, do you mean you'll do early EMH at EP and then late EMH at MK on the same day? If so, I'm not sure I'd plan a 2 credit meal on that day. You'll want to have some rest built in on that day in order to make it through the EMHs. Not having an ADR you need to get to might mean you rest a little better.

Tuesday Epcot Early Morning
Wednesday no plans
Thursday MK Early Morning

I don't really park hop unless it's water park in the morning & Epcot in the afternoon. I definitely don't want too booked meals in one day. I am thinking I may book my reservations for MK, AK and HS as I am pretty happy with the choices in them, and leave the rest unplanned book on the day.

First time DDP so not really sure I am happy with all the advance planning needed. Also we would like to eat some nights offiste. Fulton's sounds good option
