Planning Stages

Starting to plan another trip for next summer and looking at one of the EPCOT resorts. Kids and DW want YC/BC. We have stayed at the BC twice before and loved it. I was also looking the BWI but DW hates clowns and the pool is feeaking her out. Can you get a standard room in YC/BC and BWI with 2 queen beds and a pull out day bed?

Not all rooms at YC/BC come with a daybed. You would have to request it, but it's just a request and is not guaranteed. From what I understand, parties of 5 are guaranteed those rooms over parties of 4 or less; however, I have read reports that sometimes families of 5 don't get such a room and have to have a rollaway brought in. We've looked at the BWI in the past and from reading room descriptions, it seems that all rooms come with a daybed, but I'm not certain as we've never stayed there. The only resorts that you would be guaranteed a daybed is the Poly and CR (and hopefully someone will give be able to chime in whether it's the same at BWI). I don't know if the MK area is of any interest to you, but we LOVE the Poly. We've stayed at the BC before and had a great time, but the Poly is our favorite as the rooms are quite a bit larger, all rooms come with a daybed, the pool is great, and the beach is awesome for watching the fireworks....just something to think about .
