The planning sheets are in Excel. If you don't have Excel, you cannot download them or use them (even if someone e-mails them to you) unless you have a program on your computer that will convert them. If you only have Microsoft Works, you cannot use them unless you buy or download another program.

If you do not have Excel or another program that will work, go to http://download.openoffice.org/1.1.0/

and download Open Office for free. It will allow you to use Excel, MS Word, and Powerpoint docs on your computer.
