Im looking a sheet that will help me write down all my ADRS and Fast passes and times the park will close and extended hours and so forth!

That's the beauty of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets: you can customize it to suit your own vacation. I even color code mine according to category (park hours are highlighted in aqua, TS meals are highlighted in yellow, QS meals are red, etc).

We all have a system. I also color code and put all applicable times, hours, etc. I then print mine out small enough to be card sized (though sometimes it unfolds a few times) and keep it in my wallet. It is my guide to everything.

Me too. But my wife insists on proof reading it to make sure that I have included at least one bathroom break somewhere during the course of the day.
