planning session question!

Hey guys!

My DF and I want to head down to wdw to do a planning session. I am dying to see everything in person AND taste those cakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know I should get in touch with my planner, but do you think I will have a problem getting the day I want? We are looking to go the last weekend in March because it works the best for work, AND it's right between our birthdays!! BUT it's a friday, so I am sure there are some weddings going on! (maybe some of your weddings going on!!!)


I'll call on monday, but I wonder if anyone had any problems getting in there!

You should explain you situation to them and hopefully they will be able to get you in. I booked my December planning session in August when I was at WDW for my site visit, before I even had an EM. I would definitely call as soon as possible though. Good luck

Trying to organize a time for our planning session turned into a big headache for us. We wanted to go mid-March but between our planner being out of town and us wanting to do it near a weekend it was very difficult to arrange. I would give your planner a call as soon as possible. After explaining our situation with our schedules only allowing specific times for us to travel she was able to work her magic and figure it out for us. She ended up flipping around the typical schedule for a planning session with us having our menu tasting in the morning (dinner for breakfast as she called it). It took us awhile but it finally worked out perfectly thanks to Michelle. My advice, call as soon as possible and make sure they know exactly when you can go. They are busy but they are also very helpful in finding a way to make it happen. Good luck!!
