Planning question for early entry next week

Back from our trip, we had a blast! So last Tuesday, we got to IOA at 8 for early entry. The line for FJ was almost a walk-on. Then we rode Flight of the Hippogriff, which also had a pretty short wait. We looked around Hogsmede a little. At 8:45, they let us line up for Hogwarts Express to Diagon Alley, and I checked my watch when we were walking off the train. It was 9:03 and I think we beat a lot of the people who came in the front gate of US because Gringott's was close to a walk-on as well. So I would definitely recommend going to IOA for early entry and riding the Hogwarts Express to US
