Planning part of website just crashed

I'm trying to plane a trip and get it booked but it just crashed.
Calling IT dept. and hold is at 75 minutes.
Can't talk to MS hold times are unreal. Web site keeps crashing.
Come on Disney get it together.

Wow. I have been on all day and was just one and no issues. Did you clear everyone out?

Were you trying to borrow? I know that is an issue for some. Hope it’s fixed soon.
