Planning our touring around Candlelight Processional

We will be visiting for the weekend of the Candlelight Processional. The current Disneyland entertainment schedule lists all normal parades and the fireworks show for those days. From people's past experiences, is this right? What should we be prepared for in terms of crowds and moving around the park on those days? We are staying Friday through Wednesday, so have lots of time. Thanks for any input.

If you aren't planning on seeing Candlelight, my advice is to stay away from Main Street, don't park hop, and use the train/monorail to get around. We've been in the park for Candlelight on days when we didn't go (we usually only try for one show) and its not terrible. Another option is to stay at DCA those days. And pay attention to who the narrator is! If its two different people, and one is more popular than the other it will really effect crowds.

Just note that while CP is being presented, the train is not running (at least in the past, they did not run the train or Jungle Cruise while CP was being presented).
