That is so cool! And totally worth it at the Poly... we had the hardest time finding even one lounge chair at the pool. Where are the cabanas? I don't remember seeing them... though we did spend most of our pool time at the quiet pool (which we call the 'fire pool' due to Ben mishearing what I said when we walked by it )

I think it's a great idea! They're a little pricey, but I don't think they're too unreasonable for all that you get.

Haha! The fire pool sounds like fun! I have a feeling we'll be spending a good amount of time there, too. I don't like having to fight for a chair and being in a super crowded pool. I knew I wanted one day though where we didn't have to worry about finding a place, so I thought the cabana would come in handy. I know I also want to spend a night at the Volcano pool so we can watch Wishes from the water. Hopefully it wouldn't be too crowded then.

At first 9 hours seemed too long, but then I figured we could easily stay in there all day. And at least the room isn't far away if we need to get out of the sun for a few minutes.

LUGGAGE TAGS & TRIP BINDER

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend! I've been loaded down with homework, unfortunately, but I did find some time to do a few honeymoon projects!

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I was working on a little DIY project for the honeymoon, and I finally have gotten around to completing it. I thought it would be fun to have some customized luggage tags for the trip, and when I saw how much they would cost to buy, I decided I could definitely make them! I browsed the Creative DISigns board and found two cute Mickey and Minnie bride and groom heads and combined those with my Disney font to make some cute tags. All I had to pay for was the luggage tag at Kinko's to have them laminated ($1.25 each). It was super easy and I think they turned out pretty cute!

Obviously the real one's have our names and info, but I made a few samples so I could post them here. I think I'll add a black and white polka dot ribbon to mine, and probably a plain black one to Miguel's.

I also have gotten started on my trip binder! I decided to utilize the same binder and tabs that I made up for my November trip, so I didn't have to buy any extra materials.

Here's the cover (this picture also comes from the Creative DISigns board). I thought it was perfect for our Poly stay!

Just like before, my tabs are:
~ Park Hours/Itinerary
~ Resort. Info.
~ Confirmations
~ Daily Plans
~ Receipts

Here's what's under the park hours/itinerary tab:

I have two itinerary sheets since the whole spreadsheet wouldn't fit on one page.

Under the resort info tab, I have a map of the Poly, a picture of the room layout, info about Tokelau (the longhouse we ended up requesting), general info about the resort, shopping info, pool info, and transportation info.

I'm sure you can guess what's under the confirmations tab - no pictures of that though since it's got our numbers.

Finally, in the receipts section is our food budget.

I still need to fill the daily plans section and maybe add a few finishing touches, but I think it's looking pretty good. I feel more organized already!

I love your binder cover! I use a Vera Bradley binder, so no fun cover for me. I love how detailed all of your pages are-- I still have to print all of mind out.

It always takes me a while to getting around to actually printing the pages! My printer is definitely running low on ink after all of that .

Thanks! They were so easy to make. Haha, I could probably make a nice profit since they don't cost much at all to make, but I would feel bad making money with someone else's designs! Sadly, I'm not talented enough to come up with the Mickey heads on my own.
