Planning Our November Trip

We are planning our trip in November and due to the Mickey Christmas parties it looks like there is only one day we will be able to see Wishes. We are going to the MK two days, but one of those days they close at 7:00. We want to do rope drop, so I am trying to pre plan ADR's to break up the day. Do you think this plan makes sense?
9:00 - 11:00 rides
11:00 lunch at Be Our Guest
12:30 - 3:00 fast pass/rides
3:30 - 6:00 go to Polynesian resort for early dinner at Ohana
6:30 return for Electrical parade and Wishes.
We will have a stroller for the 4 year old. Luckily the rest of the vacation has much shorter planned days.
