Going to WDW in December 2 - 9 with DH and DD (age 6). Staying at BC. Arriving in the evening so no parks on first or last day. I've broken down my 6 park days into the following:

MK = 2 days (Priorities: Princess M&G, 7DMT, PP)
Epcot = 2 days (Priorities: assuming A&E and Frozen ride will consume a lot of one day, Behind the Seeds tour at The Land)
AK = 1 day
HS = 1 day (Priorities: Jedi training and Star Wars stuff)

We want to do the following restaurants:
Ohana - breakfast
Cape May - breakfast
1900 Park Fare - dinner
Akershus - breakfast
50s Prime Time diner - Lunch or dinner - either is fine
Tusker House - any meal is fine

Optional activities (but would like to do!)
Pirate cruise for DD from Yacht club
Lily's playhouse evening so DH and I can have drinks and dinner at Trader Sams

Is this all possible!?

I think that is absolutely all possible! For MK Make sure you get FPs for whichever Princesses are at Princess Fairytale hall, not sure who is going to be there to replace Anna & Elsa once they make the move to Epcot. Also for the other Princess M&Gs in MK, make sure you get to Merida around 9AM for her M&G (this in my opinion is the best time to see her). Her meet starts at 9:15, but if you get there for 9, you will be 1 of the first people in line to see her. Also you're going to want to see Tiana at her afternoon meet, which starts I believe around 4:45...this being at her after meets she actually meets with Prince Naveen so thats cool to see them both together. You will probably want a FP for Tinkerbelle and Ariel's Grotto as well. Also a little tip of advice for princesses that don't have a FP lane (Merida, Aladdin & Jasmine, Tiana, Mulan, even Gaston) get to their line probably about 20 minutes before their next M&G starts...otherwise sometimes their line fills and the CMs do start to turn people away. We had that happen with Gaston last year and my DS was super upset. Also you can get FPs for 7DMT as well as PP, but if you hit 7DMT after you meet Merida at rope drop usually the line isn't that long. We had morning FPs for that ride between 9:30-10:30 last year and we headed over after Merida and the standby line was only about 30 minutes long at that point. Its a very cool stand by line because of all the interactive games inside the line that the kids can play while they are waiting.

On your Epcot day I would try to get a pre park opening ADR for Akershus (like an 8AM ressie)...if you can be quick to eat then you could probably stand by 1 of the Frozen attractions and FP the other. (This is going on the assumption that when the sisters were originally in Epcot they started meeting at 9). in 2014 when they were originally in Epcot we were able to see all 4 Princesses and eat our breakfast and get out by 8:45 to shoot over to their line before the rush. I am pretty sure when these attractions do open they will both be tiered 1 attractions so the only way you will be able to do them in 1 day will be to stand by 1 and FP the other. I am not familiar with the behind the seeds tour so I can't help you there.

At Animal Kingdom I would again try for an early ADR for Tusker House. It gets you in to the park before it opens and also Tusker House is right by the safari, so you could have breakfast there and then head right over to the safari and odds are you more than likely will not need a FP for the Safari. Also the Lion King show is in that area as well. That is a fabulous show so I suggest you see it. Then after the safari and the lion king show you could take the train out to rafiki's planet watch and I believe they have a petting zoo out there as well. Then you could do the rest of the park. I know Pochantos meets as Animal Kingdom but I haven't done much research on her there bc we skipped animal kingdom last year.

Hollywood Studios - If you want to be involved in the Jedi Training thing get to the park early! Do not pass go and do no collect $200, LOL...We've never done the training thing before but I know from hearing people talk about it that you need to get there early to sign up for it because the slots go very quickly. Not really familar with other star wars stuff either, but once you sign up for the training thing you can probably wing the rest of the park bc HS isn't that big.

all the restaurants you picked are fabulous! Just remember for Breakfast the earlier the better, especially for stuff thats outside the parks. For the pirate cruise I don't know much about it but its during the day and your going to miss a lot of precious princess meeting time, LOL. If you DD likes pirates maybe try the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage? It has Captain Hook and Mr Smee and snacks and stuff and then once on the boat they since lots of pirate songs and its a TON of fun...My DS and I did it 2 years ago. Then you get to watch Wishes from the lake and its really awesome...on your way back from the cruise you get to meet Peter Pan. My DS really loved it! It leaves from the Contemporary and was a ton of fun. Anyways hope you have a magical trip!

Thank you so much! We are struggling with where to fit in Cape May and the Pirate Cruise (since it's a 2 hour cruise that leaves at 9:30am) - without an "off" day from the parks I am not sure how we will fit it in as it's prime touring time! We're hoping as well to catch a quick break in the afternoons when the park is busiest and then head back around 4pm and stay late. Is Ohana early morning breakfast and then rope drop at MK possible? Thinking about Cape May on Epcot day 2 (after Akershus on day 1).

Cape May Cafe opens at 7:30 AM, and since you are staying at Beach Club its easy to get to. I would definitely do it on your second Epcot day and try for the earliest time you can get that way you don't miss out on too much park time. Also Ohana opens at 7:30 as well so you could do that early morning and then hop right over to MK for rope drop

It looks like a good reasonable plan to me.
Also looks like you've done your research and know what you want.

Forgot to add we'd like to do Be Our Guest. Was thinking of PPO AOD breakfast until they upped their prices! DD is a picky eater and not sure she'd eat anything at lunch or dinner.
