Planning (MDE) party question

I have 2 questions about my friends in MDE.

1) I’m traveling with some friends in November but for some reason it is not showing they have an on-site hotel booked, it is bowing on their app, are they going to have any issues with early entry? I booked their park reservations.

2) I’m going on a trip in September at the same time as 2 other friends, but we are not spending the day together, how hard is going to be to get my LLs and ILLs correct. I will be getting Genie + for two days, and those two days how annoying is this going to be? Ie getting ILL for Tron for just my 6 and not the other 4 who happen to be there those days.

For question 1, I'd suggest you make sure they have linked their Disney resort reservation in the app. In some cases, it won't happen automatically. And since they'll use MDE (through their phone or through a magic band) to enter early, it is important their reservation is linked. As for question 2, you should be given a list of Friends and Family who are linked to your MDE and eligible for G+/LL/ILL that day - you should be able to pick and choose who you want to purchase G+ for and who you want included in your ILL purchases. Don't forget, though - you'll be paying for the ILLs when you do it, not them!! Also remember (sorry if you already know this), but you do not have to purchase Genie+ in order to purchase the ILLs. They are separate. So if you have a person who only wants to do an ILL for Tron, they would not need to also pay for Genie+. Also, you can purchase Genie+ for all parks that day, or just for a single park. I'm really not sure how that all works if half your group buys Genie+ just for MK, for example, and the other half for just EPCOT!

For question 1, is it that you cannot see their hotel plans? It could be they don't have "share all plans" checked. If they see their resort info and park reservations under their account, they're fine.

They booked direct with Disney, so I’m pretty sure it should automatically link!

I’m probably over thinking the whole genie + issue…. But when seconds make it break it I tend to worry!

I misunderstood - thought their MDE didn't show their reservation. Hope it's as simple as sharing with you!

She sees it, and screenshot it to me, I just don’t see it when sharing plans, I made her park reservations so just don’t want them having any issues at early entry.

As long as she sees everything on her end including the park reservations, that's all that matters. I'm pretty sure when I did a huge trip, I only had plans we share checked because I didn't want to see the hotel reservations for 4 different groups
