I have had my itinerary set for months. We will be in WDW for 9 days so we have plenty of time for everything. However, two members of my group are arriving late afternoon on Monday, November 21 and will leave Thursday, November 24. That leaves a few hours on Monday, all day Tuesday, and some of Wednesday. The group consists of a 4 yo boy, 11 yo girl, and a 16 yo girl. The girls have to be in MK on Wednesday due to performing with a dance group at MK. We don't have our dance time but think it should be no later than 2:00. The two families will be on site those days so EMH would work and they will have three day hoppers. So, anybody want to offer a suggested itinerary. I want them to see as much as possible in the limited time available. I was trying to work it so that they could see all three nighttime shows. This is what I originally had in mind:

Monday, November 21: Go to MGM upon arrival and stay for Osborne Lights and Fantasmic. If time allowed, they could hop over to MK for just a bit.

Tuesday, November 22: Go to AK for the morning and hop over to Epcot for the evening. Do Illuminations.

Wednesday, November 23: Most of the day spent at MK and do EMH at MK that night.

Open to any and all ideas, though. I'm just not sure if I have the best plan.

Okay, where are all you obsessive planners? ;)

Such short time - looks as good as any suggestions people may come up with :)

Surely someone has some suggestions. I have thought about just having them skip MGM since their time is so short. However, I think they would want to see Fantasmic and Osborne Lights.

Why not ask them? :) Yeah, I know, I know, smart butt response here :)

The problem with asking is that they have NO idea! Really, one family went four years ago and the baby was 2 weeks old. So, that mom is pretty much in a fog about what she remembers about Disney. The other family has never been. It's made up of the 11 year old and her grandparents. Since I am the Disney "expert", they are looking to me for advice. I could plan much better if they weren't arriving so late on Monday. Unfortunately, the 16 year old has to be at cheer practice Monday morning. So, that puts them in Orlando late afternoon/early evening.

I have even thought about having them go straight to a park and then check in late at Pop. They are open to pretty much anything. The good part of having them at MGM on Monday is that is where I will be. So, we could meet up once they arrive.

Ok you planning nuts...let's hear it!
