Planning for the week of Christmas-which ones not to miss??

This is our first holiday trip to WDW. We will arrive 12/23 and leave 1/1/09. What iare the not to miss meals during this time? We know we want to do the candlelight meal package at Epcot possibly Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

What others are a not to miss? Where would you go for Christmas breakfast?

We are staying at BCV so we will probably dine a lot at Epcot or around Epcot or in the MK resort area.

By the way....does anyone know when you can book the candlelight package at Epcot?

booking for the CP for 2007 began in july. so, i would guess about the same time for 2008. could you tell us a little more about the traveling party? children? all adults? in the area where you are staying are several wonderful restaurants. flying fish on the boardwalk is great for dinner as is spoodles for breakfast. at the yacht club try the yachtsman steakhouse very nice and excellent food. we enjoy a delightful christmas buffet at the yacht club galley this christmas. i would suggest a meal at either the Wilderness Lodge or Animal Kingdom lodge or both. the sit down restaurants at either are excellent and of course the lodges are fabulous! in the magic kingdom the plaza restaurant is great; the portions are large enough to share! for a counter service in MK try columbia harbour house. seating upstairs is nice. hope this helps!

Raglan Road, Le Cellier and California Grill are our favorites and we look forward to trying Blue Zoo on our next trip.

I would say that you should try to make it to the candle light processional. we did that and had SO much fun. sorry this isn't food related, but i think it is something NOT to miss!
