:lmao: My plan was to originally be going back to Disney World in January or February of 2012 but my wonderful boyfriend just got a new job and we have to wait awhile before he requests off. He likes to make a good impression on the big guys!

But back to the basics...
This is us we've been together for four years come October and we're best friends before we dated in High School .. Awwh... He's a great guy who works hard and treats me wonderful & puts up with my Disney obsession!

I'm currently writing my Trip report from March 2011 with my mom and nephew Tylor... which can be found here! http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2741511 - not many people seem to take notice to please read and give me some tips! I'm new here!

I didn't do a pre trip report last time because I'm new here so I'm going to give it a go now!

October 6th next year will be our 5 year anniversary so that is why I picked then!

Last trip was very last minute so I did majority of the planning this time around I plan on inviting Stew to join in so we both can have a blast and do things we each know we want to do. Stewys first time was in March and we were also at the mercy of a 3 year old and I want stew to expirence it when the focus is about some of his wants.. Like I got to when I was younger!

Nothing is booked as of yet but I have checked the website and we can book at anytime through next December 2012 which is amazing! I'm giving it some time probably early next year to see if they have any discounts.

In March we stayed in All Star Movies and would LOVE love love  to upgrade to a better resort.. Not that they don't do the job but I enjoy luxury and would like to spend time at the pool and have more dining options - we like our night life. The beds weren't the most comfy and the pool was always crowded with tons and tons of kids - I honestly felt a little uncomfortable strutting about in a bathing suit - even the one I bought at Disney world!!

Please tell me about your favorite resorts and why! Its tough to make a decision on places we've never been too.

We have plenty of time to put cash into our vacation fund since the vacation is over a year away! :rotfl: So we're not sure if we want to do deluxe or moderate..

And stewy thinks I'm a little nuts for wanted to start planning all ready! I'm just so excited to go back!:yay:

** To do MNSSHP or not? HELP!
** Couples Costumes?!

Because we would like to upgrade resorts we're thinking about renting DVC points for the BLT for the first two nights - one of which will be our special day! :lovestruc hopefully with a Magic Kingdom view :wizard: and for the rest of the week stay at the BCV.

I've marked the calendar to the EXACT day for the 11th month mark to try to rent points.

I plan on doing lots and lots of research before then to make sure everything works out smoothly - I haven't read any negative experiences so I have a positive feeling!

Good thing I like to plan early or I wouldn't have found these options in time!:rotfl:

Any thoughts on these resorts or DVC points?

to add two more days!

Not sure where yet! If we want a 3rd resorts... or one extra room at BLT and BCV or two nights at either!

I would really like to stay in most resorts on Disney property throughout my life time!

Any tips on switching resorts? Has any one done 3 and enjoyed it? Is it a lot of work packing and unpacking so many times or is it worth it?

Following along I am going September 2012 and am doing my first PTR as well. I cannot wait to here more about your plans.

:goodvibes Thanks for reading!! I'm going over to your page to check out your PTR! We can help each other along the way being new to these! :yay:

Signing onto your PTR! I am thinking about renting points. If I do it, I want to do it trough the DIS so that I get it cheaper than I did last time. I wasnm't comfortable going through the DIS then. I think I would now since it is our second time.

Honestly, one of our favorite places was POFQ. Aside from the more elaborate theming, we didn't really see a huge different in room size, amenities, etc. To me, Deluxe isn't worthh double the cost. The only reason we are thinking about renting again is because we have such a large party and a 2 bed suite would be perfect, as some of them fit 9 people, ages 3+.

:welcome: If we ended up doing the moderates POFQ was what I was going to pick! I think I choose the deluxe because of the ease of transportation walking to some parks & and all of the fun activities to do on the boardwalk. I've only stayed in the value resorts because it was my parents taking me on vacation & I can't wait to upgrade! If renting the points works out they way I hope I assume that's what we'll do from here on out but if not I'll be staying POFQ!

Just read through your TR but figured I would comment over here! =) Traveling with kids is always an experience. We went alone on our first trip, but with kids (and their parents) the last two times. We liked traveling with the parents because we were less responsible for themn, but could still ahve funa nd help when we wanted or when they needed us to. It was the perfect compromise.

You are a saint for taking him all by yourselves!! I couldn't imagine being responsible for a kid24/7 at this point, when I don't have my own to "practice" on beforehand! =)

Oh yeah! It was an expirence. My mom and I have raised him basically since he has been alive, but its still hard to go and do things! & I felt bad leaving my mom because he was her vacation too. If my brother was with us it would have been like having 2 kids... ;) & my brother has gone to Disney more than once.

But we definitely have had TONS of "practice" and know we want to wait a loooooooong (I don't think I could exaggerate that enough )time if and when its time to have our own.

So I haven't been posting as much because I'm moving out of my mothers house and in with stewy! :goodvibes Our move in date is October 1st and we're so excited!!! :thumbsup2

We're trying to get everything we can ready for a smooth move in. With my planning nature I've been stressing everything, mostly towels :rotfl: its driving him nuts! (Those are the one thing we don't have yet so I've not stopped talking about them!)

So we've decided on one week at BCV. instead of switching and staying longer maybe on our next NEXT trip to WDW we can stay at BLT.

I am really looking forward to BCV though! :goodvibes

We're all moved into our new apartment! The past month has been insane & I haven't had much time to think about Disney world! :scared1: But now its back to planning, we might have to switch our dates around because Stew got another NEW job! This time its for MTA in Manhattan & he's been applying for like two freaking years! So YAY! :yay: Any who I'll be updating soon!

<3

So our fun anniversary trip for October 2012 has been put on hold because stew will be on probation for starting the job on the rail for an entire YEAR! :scared1:

So once we know when he can take off, planning will be back on! :thumbsup2

In the meantime, I will be trying to convince him to take a short two to three day trip on our days off!

Wish me luck! My first attempt was this morning and while he said i was crazy he knew i was serious and said its possible for my birthday in February! :yay:
