Planning for MVMCP and candlelight processional

we just booked a 2 bedroom at Boardwalk for Dec 3 thru 10. It has been several years since we have done Disney for the holidays. Hubby and I plan to play golf most days and only do parks for MVMCP and CP. the rest of the family will be hitting the parks more often. Since we make dining reservations in June before the holiday dates are announced, wondering if there is a historical trend as to when are nights for MVMCP and CP. I'd like to make other dining reservations around those two nights.

CP starts the day after Thanksgiving and will run through 12/30 and is performed daily.

MVMCP dates are announced in April or May, tickets go in sale then. Candlelight Processional dining packages are typically available in the summer.
