Hi All!
We are planning a Disney World & Cruise vacation in October/November 2012. I do realize we are still in 2010
but need something to look forward to. I have a few questions....
My home resort is SSR but would love to stay at the BCV or BWV. Are my chances better to get a 2-bedroom at 7-months in the first few weeks in November instead of October because of the Food & Wine Festival? I realize it is still going on in November but checking the availablity thread for this year it seems that October would be harder to get.
I think I will have 600 points available banking 200 from 2011, using 200 from 2012 and borrowing 200 from 2013. Is that correct for Oct/Nov of 2012?
If I understand correctly I can book the cruise portion (3-night cruise) two years out. So if I book the cruise this year do they just figure the points based on the 2011 chart and adjust once the 2012 chart comes out?

I don't know the answer to your cruise question, but I do know that "Jersey Week" is usually around the first week of November. So, with F&W still going on, you also are up against public school families who live in NJ and have nearly a week off due to usually an election day and the New Jersey Education Association convention in AC. Many people from NJ will be trying for those BWV, BCV spots too. Be sure when you can call for the room, do it right at 7 months, and I hope you get it, either right then of from a waitlist.
