Planning first trip

Planning my trip for the week before Thanksgiving, how are the crowds and what is the weather like.

First of all... Welcome to DIS boards!

I have never been the week before Thanksgiving, although this year we are going 11/19-11/24. From what I have researched, I expect crowds to steadily increase through the week. Sounds like weather is going to be high temps in the low 80's w/ less chance of rain than during other seasons. Other than that, the forecast is for unmitigated fun

Do spend lots of time exploring these forums -asking questions, making comments. I cannot tell you what a huge difference it will make on yor upcoming WDW vacation.

That is our preferred week to go. Weather and crowds are good, and they start putting up the holiday decorations.

That is interesting, want to go late enough to get out of the hurricane season, and before the crowds get to extreme, and I have heard that Christmas is packed.
