I notice that a lot of your planning DVDs have now arrived. Mine still hasn't!! I ordered it via the website rather than calling, maybe that makes a difference. BUT does anyone have the telephone number and I can call to order another.

I waited for 3 weeks and then made a second order (both via website). 2 DVDs arrived today (3 weeks after 2nd order).

I've just check the page for ordering the DVD and no phone number is quoted. I can't find a number elsewhere on the site either.

I would order the DVD again. If you end up getting 2 you can always pass it on to someone.

Ours arrived only a couple of days ago and was ordered a few weeks back. If you've got last years edition I wouldn't get too excited about the new one. You'll find it hard to tell them apart !

I ordered one from the website and waited about a month but then ordered one with a coupon from a newspaper and got one within about 2 weeks- obviously I dont know which DVD I have recieved but this could point to something amiss with the online ordering???

I got mine in the mail today. 2 disks, one DVD one CD rom. It looks like there is a lot of new footage, not the same recycled stuff again and again. They have some pictures of what the castle refrubishment should look like and info on Grand Gathering.

I haven't looked at the disks yet since I promised hubby I would wait for him. Come on now, get home from work already!

Oh, and now I get to look at my countdown clock again!

Ours finally came on Monday past. Only took them about 2 months. Must have sent it by carrier pigeon!!
