planning dvd doesn't work

ANybody else receive the planning dvd and not have it work? Got it after only waiting about a week and put it in last night and got the menu but when we chose a title it turned off. used several dvd's after that and it was Fine

Ours actually freezes often when we watch it on the XBox, but when I try it on the DVD in the bedroom, it's fine. It's probably the type of player? Can you try it on another one?

Ours worked perfectly. I thought it was well done. I enjoyed it much more than the old planning dvd from a few years ago.
