Hi - I've seen some websites reference an planning/activity page where you can research the various things for the cruise. It looked to have various links for reservations, excursions, etc. I have never been able to find this. I assumed it would appear after I paid for the cruise in full.

Today I finished paying the cruise in full. It's an October cruise. But this special page is still not visible. All I can see are the basic trip details, account balance (now zero), etc.

Is there a different site I need to visit? Not sure how to find it.

ETA - we are cruising Concierge? So anything different for that? How do I get contact info for Shoreside Concierge prior to trip?

Thanks.

Since you are cruising concierge this section will be available 120 days out from your sail date.

oh ok. Thanks. For some reason I assumed I'd be able to see it in advance and make requests prior to the window since it was concierge. Thanks for the info!

You can look at what sorts of excursions are typically available for your cruise on the "Port Adventures" link on the pull down menu under "Things to Do" tab on the DCL site.

It used to be, when looking at those, you could add the ones you wanted to be able to get back to quickly to your favorites. When the DCL site changed, the favorites option went away.

Thanks for the replies and the link. I'll read through those to plan ahead. Appreciate it.

Shoreside concierge will start taking your requests at 125 days out, with the booking window actually opening at 120 days. So you are several months early right now. As PP's have mentioned, you can do some research and planning, just no reservations or requests yet.

Enjoy your cruise!

My recent experience... I got an email from shoreside at 130 days out. And a phone call 129 days out. On the phone call, I asked about activities that were happening on our cruise (which day was Royal Court Royal Tea, was there a character breakfast, etc) and they seemed happy to tell me. So that helped write them the 125-day out email...

As a first timer (me), it was super helpful to be able to ask them about the itinerary. Because I had no idea what activities were going to be offered. It's too bad they cannot allow us to see an inactive version of the page so we can plan ahead better... like with FP+ and WDW... it's nice to "practice" and know what will be available when the mad dash occurs.

I'll see tonight at midnight how shoreside did... they said they pre-load everything and it all gets executed right when they open. Come on cabana!
