Planning a trip to Disney in May 2011 if I stay in Downtown Disney can I get Dining

Hi I am planning a trip to Disney for my Mothers Birthday May 9 and was planning on staying 6 nights and 7 days but they resorts are so expensive so I was thinking of staying at the Best Western or something in Downtown disney since they are so much cheaper

But then is it possible to get a dining package or discounts on tickets to the theme parks

No, you must stay in a Disney property. These hotels are good neighbor hotels, but not actual Disney hotels so no, you cannot get the dining package.

And unless you stay at the Hilton at Downtown Disney, you also do not get EMH.
