Planning a trip for my son-Star Wars help needed!!!!

My son wants me to plan a trip for him and his friend to go in October. So I am looking for anyone who is up on the Star Wars happenings at HS. I know there are some character meet and greets but will there be a show? Is there any special Star Wars dining available?
Thanks for any info or advice!!!! I am not a big Star Wars person so we avoiding SW Weekend when we were there last spring. However my son is a HUGE fan!!

Otherwise: There's Star Tours, there is the Star Wars Launch Bay and meet and greets. I'm assuming he's over 12, no Jedi Training for him.

Do you know...is the stage show a fp event or just wait in line?
We were lucky enough to catch the Star Wars fireworks last June and they were amazing!! I know he will want to see them if they are in October.

No FP on the stage show. More of a be there at the right time.
