OK, we just got back from a week at WDW and want to start planning our next trip. We are thinking October 2010. Can anyone tell me when we might be able to expect discounted vacation plans from Disney. We were able to take advantage of the buy four get three and it was wonderfull.

:confused3

I am wondering the same. We are planning on going for the week of Halloween 2010. I'm so anxious that I want to book it now, but I also want to try to hold out for some savings.

I am also going October 2010. I would book as soon as you can, while they are still offering the free dining plan. You know how it works; if the economy gets better, then they are not going to offer good deals. I am not saying book tomorrow, but keep that im mind. :surfweb:

That must be a popular time for us Dissers!! We were thinking of October 2010 as well. We need to sell our house this year first, so no more trips this year. :sad2:

Are they offering free dining for 2010 also, or just to the end of 2009?

I believe the free dining offer was only valid for specific dates in 2009, somewhere around 10/09 through 12/09. Since you are planning on a trip in October 2010, I would imagine that you won't find the deals until later in the year. I am hearing that the new offers (that is if there will even be the 4/3 deal that they had last year) will not come out until late November. This definitely makes sense because last year at the end of November, I remember that I had to book soon in order to take advantage of the 4 nights/3 free special. We stayed at the Grand Floridian using that offer this year for my birthday. I would hold off until perhaps the end of November to see if any other wonderful rates will be unveiled. Another thing I'd like to suggest is that you book a room-only type of reservation, and then just play the wait n' see game with any better offers that may come up. Hope you have a great trip either way!
