Planning a 60th Birthday

Hi all!! I am in the process of planning a 60th birthday trip for both my parents. (They are 2 weeks apart) They don't want a party, but a BIG family vacation. I am such a Disney freak; I suggested WDW and everyone loved the idea.

My question is this...What resort would you recommend? It doesn't matter what type of hotel. We will be about 20 people or so. Ages 2 to 60! We plan on doing some things at the hotel as well as the parks! Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
