Planning a 1/2 at HS would love input

Trying to finalize our trip plans for Fall 2017 and currently I'm thinking of going to Hollywood Studios from mid afternoon - 2ish until after the Galactic Spectacular Fireworks show (7:45) and head over to Disney Springs and check out T-Rex for dinner.

My husband and I are not big fan of Star Wars and our kids never really got into it. We've only seen chunks of the new movies here and there save for my daughter who had a star wars marathon with her boyfriend and now wants to do that star wars stuff.

I'm curious if there is alot of star wars things to do, what they are like etc. I don't want to short change her time wise but we want to take the morning to relax a bit.

We want to hit our traditional favorites like Rock Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, Walt Disney "One Man's Dream" and the Great American Movie Ride before they kill it.

There's the day stage show (definitely plan a time)
2 movies (1 shows scenes from all past movies, other shows more of the "future")
2 character meet and greets (Chewbacca and Kylo Ren ..there's a shorter Kylo wait if you have a Disney Cisa CC) and, of course, Star tours (worth doing a few times to gear different scenes)

It might be tough doing it all if you do all that and TSMM, otherwise you are OK if you are not stopping for a table service dinner.

Toy Story Midway Mania I assume. You can definitely do that park in a half day if you plan well.

oooooooooh yeah no TSMM! We haven't been on it but watched a couple videos on youtube and figured it would give us a headache. I'm a huge fan of BLSRS at MK but there is real stuff to shoot at, not screens sooooo....... plus I have to beg my family to go on BLSRS (I hit something major my first time on there and had a HUGE score so I'm determined to try it again )
