Hi there! its hard to predict prices for 2 years from now, but check out the prices for this year to get an idea of what you pay for high-regular-and off season. I think you can get rooms at Pop for about $85/night during offseason.
Another way is to buy your park tickets as soon as you can, so you won't have to deal with 1-2 price increases before you go. Depending on the number of people going, that could be a significant savings.
I would suggest either stopping at a grocery store or having Garden Grocer deliver some stuff to your hotel. Even if you get breakfast stuff, water, pop, beer (if you drink), and park/hotel snacks, you will save alot of money. We ended up not placing our order in time, but we wer eonly at Pop for 4 nights, so we would just buy stuff from the Pop cafeteria. It was just my bf and I so we would buy a couple of containers or cut up fruit, or a couple of apples, with a couple of muffins and a juice for each of us..would cost about $15 bucks and with lots of water that was enough to keep us going until lunchtime-better than paying $15/per person at a sit down breakfast. Plus, it saved time, because we would just eat while walking, or waiting for a FP time to arrive.
We would usually do a quick service meal for lunch, and then get a Pizza or sometimes split a meal for dinner back at Pop. Pizza was good because it served as breakfast the next morning
You can save even more money by not doing the QS lunch and bringing sandwiches, cookies, etc from the room for lunch. There are fridges at POP rooms so that can keep meat/cheese/mayo/veggies for sandwiches cold.
Another idea is smaller snacks rather than full meals. For example, my bf would each get a hot dog for about $5 each for lunch ($10), then we might split a plate of chili fries at about 4:00 for about $4...if we each ate a full lunch at noon, it would cost us over $20 and we wouldn't even be hungry enough to eat it all. On those nights, it would be a $15 pizza for supper/breakfast next day.
How many people are going, and what about your eating habits? If you are willing to forgo sit down meals and primary do quickservice or eat stuff from the grocery store, then you can save ALOT of money.
