does anyone know if Planet Hollywood is on the deluxe dining plan??

For 2011, yes.

For 2012, most likely, but not confirmed.

Thank you cuz on the disney page where it lists the resturants planet
hollywood is not listed but if u go to the planet hollywood section under
resturants it says dining plan excepted so I was a little confused. And this one
Place my brother wants to eat.

It will be on the lists for 2011 but not for 2012. The restaurants that are not operated by Disney have not confirmed for 2012 yet.
