Not sure if this has been discussed yet, but I forgot to post it last month. If you've been down there in the last couple of months you probably noticed PH is all covered on the outside. I talked to a couple of the bartenders there and they explained what is going on.
Apparently, the material used to build the structure was not compatible with weather conditions in Florida. Anyone who's been to DTD in the last 2 years probably noticed how awful PH looked on the outside. It was rusting, paint chipped away, dirty. Apparently, Disney execs told PH execs, clean it up. So, they're redoing the entire outside of the building. It will look as it did when it was brand new when it's done, and this time, should stay that way.
