Is there a handicap entrance? The last time I was there was in 2002 and Mom was able to walk up the stairs...now when we go she will be in a WC because of her back. I'm thinking there must be but I may be wrong. Thanks. :)

In '02 we took an elevator up when we were with my grandmother.

Yep go around the steps to the "service elevator". We went during a busy time and had to wait forever on the elevator. Then even tho we had specified we had a chair... we were seated through a maze. We had to interrupt 3 ppl eating and ask them to stand to get the chair through. I complained LOUDLY to the manager, by the entrance out of my daughters ear shot. I was really really unhappy with them.

Good luck! :)

And, if I recall right, it is a small elevator.

A couple of years ago we had to get up from our table as did 4 or 5 other people so a power chair could go through the poor woman in the chair kept apologizing I told her not to worry but it had to be awful for her. They don't seem to have any place with enough room for a chair to go through. It's not very well thought out

The manager we encountered has a new perspective on seating ppl in chairs, I was sure of that before I left. I was LIVID. The service elevator is very small. Simply tell them at checkin you need a table by the entrance you are *NOT* going to interrupt others to get to a table far away since they are terribly inaccessible.

I would also request being seated on the main floor where you checkin. We were seated on another level, and had to wait even longer for the elevator. It was just overall obnoxious....

Burgers were good tho ;)

Thanks everyone for your replies! I will definitely make sure, if we do indeed decide to eat there, that we are seated up front on the main level!
