Hi! We are leaving in 2 weeks from Friday, and we have ADR's at Planet Hollywood. We are using the DDP...Are there any restricitions on what entrees you can get with the DDP? Are there kids appetizers? Do the kids get the appetizers? We have used the DDP 2 times before, but never here. Thanks for any help!

We ate there with the dining plan last year. I think the only thing excluded was the surf and turf for $28 or $29 dollars. Three of my party had a big expensive steak and it was covered by the plan. We had way too much food!

I was there on the plan in 2005 so it could of changed but the children just got children's meal and dessert. And we could not get entrees over $25. There was lots of things to choose from though. We decided to eat there at the last minute and the service and food was fablous. When we go in Dec we will go there again but plan on sharing our meals as we ate so much food we had no room for dessert!

No the kids do not get an appetizer. We just got back on Saturday and ate there on our first night.

I will not eat there again. The food sucked, and the staff was rude, at least on the 3rd floor. Also trying to get into the mens room was a task. They store the high chairs and extra chairs in the little hall way to the bathroom. I had to stack chairs in order to get through.

The other thing that was funny was that they volunteer to take your picture as you enter, then walk around and try to sell you the picture for $30. No Thanks...

I agree. The food is not very good and Disney has such great food. Don't waste your dinning there. Book a good Disney meal.

We've always had good experiences at Planet Hollywood.

There are no kids appetizers (just entrees and desserts).

However, the portion sizes are huge - so depending on what appetizers you order (the tostados and potato skins are really good!) there would be plenty to share.

We never felt restricted there at all. They have steaks, ribs, chicken, pasta, just about anything you could want.

Our personal favourites are the ribs (a full rack) and the LA Lasagna.

How do you get ADR's at Planet Hollywood? I was under the impression that you could not book ADR's for Planet Hollywood.

Also Which Disney Dining Plan are you on the 2 meals or 3 meals a day?

First time doing the Dining plan and we love Planet Hollywood, so that would help.

Yes you can book ADR's for Planet Hollywood. Just call Disney dining.

(and we use the one where you get 1 counter service and 1 table service per day which is call MYW plus dining - commonly refered to a the disney dining plan (DDP) - the 3 meals per day is the Premium dining plan and there is also the Platinum package).
