Plane change with 50min layover in Atlanta.

OK so this is not for a WDW trip, but I know that quite a few people use Air Tran and change planes in Altanta. DD and I are going to Cancun in January for a gymnastics meet, and I am looking at going Milwaukee to Atlanta to Cancun. There is a 50 min layover in Atlanta--is this long enough to make our connecting flight?

If it wasn't long enough, they airline wouldn't have scheduled you. They don't want you to miss your flight any more than you do. They have massive amounts of data and feel confident you'll have enough time. Don't worry about it.

The great part about Atlanta is that if you land at one end of the airport and have to catch a flight at the other end; like I did a few years ago - they have a tram that runs the entire length.
