We go June 5, and I'm pretty sure EE will be up and running. What would you suggest as a plan to be able to do EE and the Safari as well as all the other good rides and still avoid long lines? I'm thinking EE first, grab a fast pass (to do ee again later) and then head over to the Safari. I'm thinking leave the rapids for last as I know we will get wet. Thoughts? I plan to hit AK on a Monday morning. Can we get 2 fast passes at AK at one time?

This is our rough plan for our June AK morning. One person gets everyone's tickets and runs and grabs a FastPass for the Safari (maybe someone that's not going to go on Everest). Everyone else goes over to Everest and rides. Hang around Asia (Rapids, the trail) until the Safari FastPass is good. Before you go over to the Safari, though, get a FastPass for EE. Do the Safari, the other walking trail, and Conservation Station if there is time. Then head back to Everest to use the FastPasses. [Hoping this can all be done before 1:30...wishful thinking, maybe]

How do you get the fast pass? Cause I'm thinking if the safari is busy (we plan on getting there early anyways) then we can go to Tusker House and eat breakfast/lunch and then go on the safari.

We are going in June as well. We'll be having breakfast w/Donald & friends but will be sending someone over to Asia for FP for EE first. Then after breakfast, send someone to Arica for FP for safari (assuming FP time is up on EE, which it should be) then ride EE. We'll hang out in Asia or maybe see Tough to be a Bug until the FP time up then get a FP for Kali Rapids and go see the safari. There will be someone in the group doing a lot of "running" for FP's, but it's the best way to see the most you can with little waits. Especially in June when it will be hot as heck. Standing in lines in that heat will only make the little ones cranky (the older ones too) :wizard:

This method will work great, GUARANTEED.*
-----------------------------------------
Arrive at DAK 30 min prior to Park opening (EMH or regular hours).

Gates will open about 10-20 minutes before posted open time.
Everyone can walk to Tree of Life area for "Opening & Rope-Drop Ceremony".

If EE is OPEN (ask CMs)
Turn RIGHT and Go to EE first and ride that (then get a FP to ride it again later).

Then, go to Safari, take Stand-by line, ride, then see if the FP machines will issue a FP for Safari again by this time.

Ride (Standby Line) ITTBAB
Get FP for Dinosaur
Ride EE, again (FP)
Get FP for Kali River Rapids
See FoLK (now or later)
Ride Kali River Rapids (FP)
Get FP for EE
Ride Dinosaur (FP)
Ride EE, again (FP)>Get another EE FP
Ride Safari, again (FP)

Spaced throughout the day:
Stroll the 2 animal trails
Flights of Wonder and/or Pocahontas
Conservation Station
Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade
Ride EE, again (FP)

-----------------------------------------

* Guaranteed to work, or you can have double the amount you paid me to make this plan.

Remember that Fast Passes may indicate a window of time where you're supposed to ride, but really, as long as you go anytime AFTER your window starts, the pass never "expires".

-get FP for Dinosaur then go straight to Expedition Everest and ride it
-watch Tough 2 B A Bug
-ride Dinosaur
-get FP for Expedition Everest
-ride Kali River Rapids
-ride Safari
-Primeval Whirl (love that little coaster!)
-ride Expedition Everest
-always finish with Festival of the Lion King!!!
