Plan for WW Flex points when you are "stuck"

I know that someone on here had posted a plan showing how to use your flex points if you are at a plateau, I tried to search but could not find anything. I think it was called "Wendy's plan" but I may be wrong. Anyone have any idea?

If you do a search for Wendie plan on a search engine her page should come up. Basically what it is is this: Vary the amount of points/calories you eat each day. So take your daily base point range and always eat at least that. But then the other days of the week eat a varying amount of your flex points with it each day.
Eq: Daily points target 24 +35 flex= Mon 24pts, Tues 29 pts, Weds 25 pts, Thur 39 pts, Fri 27 pts, Sat 30 pts, Sun 28 pts.

This was just me doing the numbers really quick in my head. But she explains it better. She suggest focusing on your points as a weekly allowance and then dividing them up between the 7 days. And she mentions how important it is to have a really high point day. Other diets call it a cheat day. or cheat meal. Just to shock your body and confuse it so it doesn't think it is starving to death. And also your body gets used to a certain calorie level/point level and it will start to stop losing when you dont' change it up.
